Both paid plans include the Microsite, analytics, and the full photo gallery. The difference is where your business appears. Standard puts you in the featured module on your city page and on results pages for your category, plus a sponsored card in search results. Spotlight adds the banner at the top of those pages and a permanent place in the homepage carousel.
In clearly marked spots: the featured module on city and category pages, the banner at the top of results, and sponsored cards after search results, each with a small "Local Partner" label. Paid plans also carry more weight in the featured carousel. Our "Top Rated" sections and the default ordering of results are based only on reputation; paying never changes those.
